❓ How do I get a freight quote?

Use our online quote form, email info@yedaiah.com, or call +90 216 900 28 62. We respond within 2 business hours with a tailored rate.

❓ What documents do I need for international shipping?

Typically: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (sea) or Air Waybill (air), and any required certificates (origin, phytosanitary, etc.). Our team will advise on exact requirements for your shipment.

❓ How long does sea freight from Turkey take?

Transit times vary by destination: Europe 8–18 days, USA 18–25 days, Middle East 5–12 days, Asia 20–28 days. These are port-to-port estimates.

❓ Can you handle customs clearance at the destination?

Yes, we have licensed customs brokers in Turkey, the UK, and the USA. For other destinations, we work with our trusted agent network.

❓ Do you offer cargo insurance?

Yes. We offer all-risk (ICC-A) and named perils cover for all shipment types. We recommend insuring all shipments — contact us for a quote.

❓ What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo fills an entire container. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares space with other shippers’ goods, and you pay only for the space you use.

❓ Can you ship dangerous goods / hazardous materials?

Yes — we are certified for IATA dangerous goods (air) and IMDG (sea). Please declare all dangerous goods upfront so we can arrange compliant handling.

❓ How do I track my shipment?

Use our Track Shipment tool on the website with your reference number, B/L, AWB, or container number. You can also contact your dedicated coordinator directly.

❓ Do you handle door-to-door shipments?

Yes. We manage the entire journey from supplier premises to the end-customer’s address, including export customs, freight, import customs, and last-mile delivery.

❓ What are your payment terms?

We typically require payment before cargo is released for new clients. For established clients, we offer credit terms. Contact our accounts team for details.
