Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms: Data submitted via contact forms is collected and stored for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not use this data for marketing without your consent.

You can find us on various social media platforms. In addition to the respective provider of a social network, we also collect and process personal user data on fan pages for the purpose of needs-oriented design and continuous optimization, based on a balance of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
On the Yedaiah Group Facebook Channel, we present our company. If you visit our fan page, Facebook Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin, Ireland collects and processes your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. We use Facebook Insights for anonymised statistics about visitor activity. No conclusions about individual users are possible. Usernames and comments violating our netiquette may be stored only if necessary for proof within the limitation period. We do not store any other personal data outside of online competitions.
Our Instagram channel focuses on ecology and sustainability, innovation and technology, and employer branding. If you visit our page, personal data will be stored and processed by Instagram (Facebook Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) in accordance with Instagram’s Privacy Policy. We use Instagram Insights for anonymised statistics only. If users’ images are reposted, we request explicit consent beforehand. A revocation is possible at any time, after which the image and user details are deleted immediately.
The Twitter channel @yedaianinternationa1 is used for events, press and public relations on all company topics. If you visit our channel, Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA processes personal information as described in their privacy policy. We do not store personally identifiable information beyond usernames from direct messages and any comments deleted for violating our netiquette.
When processing through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, data of users may be processed outside the EU. This may result in risks for users, as enforcement of rights could be more difficult. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place, including EU standard contractual clauses.
We adapt this privacy policy to changed functionalities or changed legal situations. We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policy at regular intervals.
