Yedaiah reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue any service at its sole discretion, including if we determine that a request violates applicable laws, regulations or these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Yedaiah accepts no liability for delays, penalties or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the Customer.
All quotations issued by Yedaiah are valid for the period specified on the quotation and are subject to the following conditions:
General Lien: Yedaiah shall have a general lien on all goods and documents in its possession for all sums due from the Customer. Yedaiah may sell such goods to recover outstanding amounts if payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yedaiah’s liability to any Customer or third party shall be limited as follows:
Customers are strongly advised to arrange adequate cargo insurance to cover the full value of their goods. Yedaiah can assist in arranging appropriate cover upon request.
All content on the Yedaiah website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and software — is the property of Yedaiah International Logistics Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree to use the Yedaiah website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aydın, Turkey.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to formal legal proceedings in the courts of Aydın, Turkey.
International customers are advised that these terms may interact with the laws of their home jurisdiction. Yedaiah recommends seeking independent legal advice where necessary.
Yedaiah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
