Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our logistics and freight forwarding services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the yedaiah.com website and the services provided by Yedaiah International Logistics Group (“Yedaiah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Turkey. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions
Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Company” means Yedaiah International Logistics Group and all its subsidiaries and affiliates.
“Website” means yedaiah.com and any associated pages, sub-domains or digital platforms operated by Yedaiah.
“Services” means all freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, relocation, air freight, sea freight, land transport, drop shipping and logistics consultancy services offered by Yedaiah.
“User” / “You” means any individual or legal entity accessing the Website or using our Services.
“Shipment” means any cargo, consignment or goods accepted by Yedaiah for transport or logistics management.
“Customer” means any individual or business that has contracted with Yedaiah for the provision of Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Yedaiah website or by instructing us to perform any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these terms or use our services on behalf of that entity.

What We Provide
Our Services

Yedaiah provides a comprehensive range of freight and logistics services. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any specific service agreement entered into between Yedaiah and the Customer.

Sea Freight — FCL, LCL and Intermodal Solutions
Air Freight — direct, transit and cross-transportation services
Land Transportation — cross-border and domestic road transport
Customs Brokerage — import and export clearance across Turkish Customs
Warehousing & Distribution — storage, cross-docking and value-added services
Relocation Services — residential and commercial removals
Drop Shipping — sourcing and branded fulfilment from Turkey
Customs Consulting — tariff classification, trade agreements and compliance

Yedaiah reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue any service at its sole discretion, including if we determine that a request violates applicable laws, regulations or these Terms.

Your Responsibilities
User Obligations

As a user of our website or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete and current information in all dealings with Yedaiah, including shipment descriptions, values and documentation.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs laws, import/export restrictions and trade sanctions.
Not use the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
Ensure that goods tendered for shipment are properly packed, labelled and documented in accordance with applicable regulations.
Not ship prohibited, restricted or dangerous goods without prior written consent and full compliance with all relevant regulations.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Yedaiah accepts no liability for delays, penalties or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the Customer.

Commercial Terms
Quotations, Pricing & Payment

All quotations issued by Yedaiah are valid for the period specified on the quotation and are subject to the following conditions:

Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be revised if actual shipment details differ.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, customs fees and surcharges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Yedaiah reserves the right to adjust charges where carrier surcharges, fuel levies or port fees change after the quotation date.
Payment is due within the agreed credit terms. Late payments may attract interest and Yedaiah reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All invoices are issued in the agreed currency. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the Customer.

General Lien: Yedaiah shall have a general lien on all goods and documents in its possession for all sums due from the Customer. Yedaiah may sell such goods to recover outstanding amounts if payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.

Legal Protection
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yedaiah’s liability to any Customer or third party shall be limited as follows:

Yedaiah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data.
Yedaiah’s liability for loss of or damage to goods shall be limited to the amounts specified in the applicable international conventions (e.g. Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention) or the relevant service agreement.
Yedaiah shall not be liable for delays, losses or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, port closures, pandemics or government actions.
The Company is not responsible for ETA changes caused by carrier operational decisions, weather or port conditions — as outlined in our Turkish Customs Regulations guidance.
Yedaiah shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
ℹ️

Customers are strongly advised to arrange adequate cargo insurance to cover the full value of their goods. Yedaiah can assist in arranging appropriate cover upon request.

Ownership
Intellectual Property

All content on the Yedaiah website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and software — is the property of Yedaiah International Logistics Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from Yedaiah.
The Yedaiah name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Yedaiah International Logistics Group. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You may print or download content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to Yedaiah may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

Website Use & Acceptable Use Policy

Confidentiality
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat as confidential all information disclosed in connection with the services, including but not limited to pricing, routing, customer data, operational procedures and business strategies.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
This obligation shall survive the termination of the service agreement for a period of five (5) years.
Disclosure may be made where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority — in which case the disclosing party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.

Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aydın, Turkey.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to formal legal proceedings in the courts of Aydın, Turkey.

International customers are advised that these terms may interact with the laws of their home jurisdiction. Yedaiah recommends seeking independent legal advice where necessary.

Changes to These Terms

Yedaiah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible — for example, via a notice on our website or by email to registered customers.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
